Awesome Workouts to Build Up Your Body  

1. Muscle and Fitness 5-Day Workout    

This workout is designed to help you lose weight and tone muscle groups in four weeks - perfect for summer. It provides a regimented 5-day schedule that you repeat until you have reached the desired results. Because this workout requires some prior experience with working out, it is best suited for those of who are already somewhat fit but need to jumpstart your progress again.

 

This workout involves strength training, cardio, and supersets. The necessary equipment includes a jump rope, free weights, a stationary bike, weight bench and barbells, an adjustable cable machine; all are available at Liv Fit fitness center.

 

2. Runtastic’s 10 Great Bodyweight Exercises   

The great thing about this summer workout is that you don't need any special equipment, just a yoga mat and enough free space to lie down. If the weather's nice, take your routine outside to one of the outdoor fitness stations near your community.

 

This workout schedule includes pushups, planks, leg lifts, lunges, squats, and other exercises that use your body weight as resistance. This routine is suitable for people at almost any level of fitness.

 

3. Men’s Health 4-Week Beach Body Workout   

This training plan is the perfect way to get ready for swimsuit weather. It starts with some light stretching and warm-up exercises, then moves into a seven-day workout schedule that alternate between strength training days and cardio days. The schedule also includes chin-ups, pushups, lunges, squats, and other exercises to help tone your body. Repeat the weekly program four times over the course of a month or two and you will be beach ready!
